PP Spunbond Fabric
General-purpose spunbond rolls for shopping bags, gift wrap and lamination stock.
Who We Are
Saif Wahab Industries manufactures 100% polypropylene non-woven fabric on dedicated spunbond lines in the Small Industrial Estate, Faisalabad — supplying converters, exporters, hygiene producers and industrial buyers.
We are not a trading house. Fabric is the only thing we make, so every investment in equipment, testing and colour matching goes toward one outcome: rolls that behave the same way on your first order and your hundredth.
GSM, width and tensile strength are sampled during the run — not after delivery.
Custom shades are logged against a formula, so container five matches container one.
Planned production slots keep recurring wholesale and export orders on time.
Where It's Used
One fabric, specified differently for each sector — from 10 GSM hygiene webs to 250 GSM industrial covers.
Our Range
Produced across the full GSM band, in stock shades and brand-matched custom colours.

How It's Made
A continuous spunbond process — the polymer never leaves the line until it is wound, inspected and cut to width.
Virgin polypropylene resin is dosed into the extruder hopper.
The polymer is melted and drawn into continuous fine filaments.
Filaments are laid onto a moving belt as an even, random web.
Calender rollers bond the web and set the final GSM and hand-feel.
Fabric is wound, inspected, slit to width and packed for dispatch.
