Home/About Us
Faisalabad's fabric, made for the world's supply chains.
One material, one standard: every roll matches the specification sheet it was ordered against.
Our Story
Innovation you can feel, strength you can trust.
Saif Wahab Industries was founded to give converters, exporters and hygiene manufacturers a fabric supplier they don't have to double-check.
Based in the Small Industrial Estate of Faisalabad — the centre of Pakistan's textile industry — we run dedicated spunbond lines producing 100% polypropylene non-woven fabric across the full GSM band, from 10 GSM hygiene webs through to 250 GSM industrial covers.
Our slogan is not decoration. Innovation you can feel is the hand-feel of the fabric itself, set by the bonding stage. Strength you can trust is the tensile figure we test before a roll is allowed to leave the floor.
Talk to Our TeamHow We Work
What we control, so you don't have to.
Four commitments that shape every batch leaving the facility.
- Raw Material
-
Virgin polypropylene only.
No reprocessed filler blends. Resin batches are selected for consistent melt flow — which is exactly what keeps GSM stable from the start of a roll to the end of it.
- In-Line Testing
-
Checked before it's wound, not after it ships.
Width, weight and tensile strength are sampled during the run, so an out-of-specification section is caught on the line instead of in your warehouse.
- Colour Matching
-
Repeatable across every reorder.
Custom shades are produced against a recorded formula rather than matched by eye, so your fifth order looks like your first under the same light.
- Export Packing
-
Palletised and documented for customs.
Rolls are wrapped, labelled and packed to container-loading standard, with the paperwork prepared for smooth clearance at the destination port.
Our Values
Manufacturing with less waste.
Non-woven fabric replaces heavier, less recyclable packaging — we try to hold up our end of that on the factory floor too.
Reusable by Design
Our packaging-grade fabric is made to be carried, washed and reused rather than thrown away after one trip.
Offcut Recovery
Trim and edge waste from slitting is collected and recycled back into the material stream instead of being dumped.
Right First Time
Catching specification drift on the line means fewer rejected batches — the cheapest waste is the waste never produced.
